Our story

After high school, I studied Travel and Tourism, turning my passion into a profession. That decision led me into aviation, where I've spent more than 16 years working with international travellers from every corner of the world.

Throughout my career, I've worked with one of the world's leading international airlines and later managed airline operations and customer experience for several global carriers. I've assisted thousands of travellers — from first-time holidaymakers and families to business executives, VIPs, and government officials — through every stage of their journey.

I've also been fortunate enough to travel extensively, visiting more than 20 countries around the world. Every destination has taught me something new, but one thing has remained constant: planning international travel can be overwhelming.
